His extensive Project experience has included commercial, retail, race tracks, event centres, conference venues, entertainment venues, hotel / casino projects, 5-star hotels and various other resort destination projects and encompasses both new-build and the refurbishment / upgrading of existing facilities. He has worked extensively on the master planning and design development of numerous community developments in the USA and mega-resorts in Las Vegas, Macau, Shanghai and South Africa. |

| He is a dedicated professional design architect with 15+ years of in-depth development experience managing, planning and maintaining building projects of all sizes from conceptual design, through design development and on to final commissioning and eventual transfer to operations. Darrell has won several awards in his career including the 1999 and 2000 National Republican Congressional Medal of Merit and was a 2000 and 2001 Nominee for the Republican Congressional 'Medal of Honor'. He won the 1985-86 L.A. Inter-scholastic Design Competition for Interior Design of 'Negative Spaces Layout' and was selected to participate in the N.A.S.A. Space Study Program. |
